Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GLP-1 Community (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or that promotes self-harm.
  • Sell, advertise, or facilitate the sale of prescription medication outside of lawful, licensed channels.
  • Present unverified health claims or medical advice as fact, or impersonate a medical professional.
  • Scrape, harvest, or misuse other members' data, or attempt to circumvent privacy settings.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

4. Content you post

You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant GLP-1 Community a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

5. Moderation

We may remove content, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards, at our discretion and without prior notice.

6. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated content from public view and permanently deletes your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See our Medical Disclaimer for important information about the limits of content on this platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLP-1 Community will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
