The best way to reach us is by email at hello@glp1.community. We use a single address for everything, so a subject line that tells us the topic — a privacy request, a security report, a question about the site — helps us route your message to the right place quickly.

Privacy requests

If you're a member, the fastest path is self-service: you can export your data and delete your account any time from Settings → Security. For anything those tools don't cover — for example, questions after you've already deleted your account — email us and we'll help. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

Security issues

If you've found a vulnerability, please email us with "SECURITY" in the subject line and enough detail to reproduce the issue. Please don't post vulnerabilities publicly before we've had a chance to address them — we'll acknowledge your report promptly.

Impersonation & content concerns

If you're a creator or member and believe a profile on this site misrepresents you or someone else, email us with links to the profile in question and we'll look into it. Signed-in members can also use the in-app feedback tool to flag concerns.

Questions about Terms

Questions about our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy are welcome at the same address.

One important reminder: GLP-1 Community is a peer community, not a medical resource, and we can't offer medical support by email. For medical concerns, contact your clinician; for emergencies, contact your local emergency services.
